3. Independent Service Provider Disclaimer

GeM Bid Solution is an independent consultancy and service provider. We are not a government department, government authority or official representative of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM).

The GeM portal is operated by the relevant government authority. We do not own, control or operate the GeM portal.

Our services are intended to provide professional assistance and guidance to businesses, sellers, manufacturers and service providers. Users may also access the official GeM portal directly.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to :

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
  • Submit genuine business documents, certificates and declarations.
  • Ensure that your business is eligible for the services or tender in which you intend to participate.
  • Review all documents, declarations and information before submission.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords and digital signatures.
  • Ensure that all information submitted through government portals is accurate and legally valid.
  • Respond promptly when additional information or documents are required.

GeMBidSolution will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent information supplied by the client.

5. Service Scope and Limitations

We provide assistance based on the information and documents supplied by the client and the applicable requirements available at the time of service. Our assistance does not guarantee :

  • Approval of GeM registration or OEM applications.
  • Acceptance of product or service catalogues.
  • Qualification or technical approval in any tender.
  • Selection as the L1 bidder or award of a contract.
  • Acceptance of submitted bids or documents.
  • Successful completion of any government verification process.

Final decisions regarding registration, approvals, tender eligibility, bid evaluation and contract awards rest with the concerned government authority, buyer or platform.

6. Fees and Payments

Service charges will be communicated to the client before commencement of the agreed work.

  • Payments must be made through the payment methods communicated by GeM Bid Solution.
  • Government fees, portal charges, tender fees, EMD, security deposits and other statutory payments are separate unless expressly included in the agreed quotation.
  • Any additional work outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.
  • The client should obtain confirmation of the service scope and applicable charges before making payment.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests will be considered according to the nature and progress of the service.

  • Once work has commenced, fees for work already performed may not be refundable.
  • Fees paid towards completed services are generally non-refundable.
  • Where work has not commenced, a cancellation or refund request may be considered after reviewing the circumstances.
  • Government fees, portal charges and payments made to third parties are subject to the respective authority's refund rules.
  • Delays or rejection caused by government authorities, portal issues or eligibility conditions do not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

8. Client Documents and Information

Clients may be required to provide business registration documents, PAN, GST details, Udyam registration, authorization letters, financial information, certificates and other relevant records.

The client confirms that they are authorized to share these documents and that the information provided is genuine and accurate.

We will use the information and documents for the purpose of delivering the requested services and handling related communication, subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We take reasonable steps to protect the information and documents shared with us.

Personal and business information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Clients should avoid sharing passwords, OTPs, digital signature PINs or other confidential authentication details unless a specific process requires it. Clients remain responsible for safeguarding their account access and credentials.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website or services may refer to third-party websites, government portals, payment gateways or external service providers.

We do not control third-party websites or their content, availability, security, policies or decisions. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for interruptions, technical errors, changes in portal procedures or decisions made by third-party platforms.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, design elements and other materials, belongs to GeM BID SOLUTION or is used with appropriate permission.

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms or authorities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You agree not to :
